Our mission is to help families build resiliency, create independence, stability and achieve reintegration into the community by designing and delivering behavioral modification that serves and meets the needs of the community. Here at Growing Together Children & Family, take family issues very seriously and we offer innovative ways to find solutions to life’s issues. We generate cohesion and reunification within the family setting through therapeutic interventions and empathic constructs. Some of the issues addressed during our groups classes are: Anger Management, Mental/Emotional Issues, Decision Making, Marital Conflict, Relationship Stressor, etc.

What are the benefits of social groups?

People coming together, finding that their issues/problems are not isolated to themselves. The group works together to find answers to difficult problems that maybe individuals are too close to the problems to view the answers. People looking at diverse ways of addressing, dealing with and handling problems, which seem too big for individuals to resolve.

How do I determine the group selection for myself?

You don’t. An assessment is completed on each individual and the group selection is based on the individual character, needs and personality; along with other factors to determine which group best fits the individual. It is then the group community is determined and formed based on those and other characteristics within the group as a whole.
