Group for Parents

Duties:
1. Introduction: Read and sign all consent forms
2. Connect with DFCS/DSS Case Worker
3. Request copy of DFCS/DSS case plan
4. Develop working relationship with client and case worker
5. Develop timeline for completion with client
6. Make court appearance and reports for parent(s)
7. Design plan for reunification/case closure
8. Exercise plan with the client
9. Continue until reunification/case closure
10. Follow up with case plan for completion

Duties:
1. Parenting groups
2. Individual Counseling
3. Home visits
4. Court appearances
5. Work with parent according to case plan
6. Prepare client for reunification
7. Conduct Family therapy
8. Prepare progress report for client
9. Home assessment
10. Other requirements according to case plan

Duties:
1. Meet with client to prepare for court
2. Prepare report for judge
3. Make court appearance with client
4. Work with parent(s) to satisfy legal obligations
5. Assist with satisfying case plan

Duties:
1. Assure all requirements are net with case plan
2. Follow up with case worker to reunify/close case
3. Commit to a 6 month follow up with family
